My Sunday pick - Ratatouille 
If you have ever watched the movie Ratatouille, you must be familiar with this dish. 
The main character Rémy, the little mice, had cooked this dish in the movie. 
There are lots of ways to cook ratatouille, and it might not be cooked in this way. 
But the way I cooked this is in reference of the cartoon and the recipe I watched online. 
It is an easy and simplified version of cooking this French cuisine. 

星期日菜單 - 普羅旺斯燉菜 
如果小時候有看過「五星級大鼠」這套電影,
可能會有印象戲中的小老鼠Rémy曾烹煮過這道普羅旺斯燉菜。
製作普羅旺斯燉菜的方法有很多,也有更多較複雜和不同切法的做法。
不過這次我參考「五星級大鼠」和網上食譜的做法。
這個簡易版的法國菜製作方法十分容易,連我這般不會料理的人都做得到!

 INGREDIENTS (Serve for 4) 
  • 5 Tomatoes 
  • 1 Eggplant
  •  1 Zucchini 
  • Some Tomato Sauce 
1. Wash and Cut all the tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini into pieces. 
2. Lightly oil the baking dish and put the Tomato sauce on top. 
3. Place the tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini accordingly in the plate. 
4. Pre heat oven to 200°C. 
5. Season with salt, pepper and spices. 
6. Slightly boil up and ready to put into the oven. 
7. Bake 30-45mins in 180°C. 

材料 (4人份) 
  • 蕃茄 5個 
  • 矮瓜 1個 
  • 翠肉瓜 1個 
  • 蕃茄醬 適量 
1. 清洗材料並把蕃茄、矮瓜和翠肉瓜切片。 
2. 在烤盤上搽一層油,鋪上蕃茄醬。
 3. 再順序鋪上已切片的蕃茄、矮瓜和翠肉瓜。 
4. 預熱焗爐至200°C 
5. 加入適量鹽、胡椒和百里香作調味。 
6. 煲滾燉菜再放入焗爐。 
7. 調較至180°C焗30-45分鐘即可食用。
